About Mrs. Moss’ Playroom
Where play has a purpose.
Meet Mrs. Moss
The heart behind the playroom.
Hi! I’m Sara Moss, but many kids know me as Mrs. Moss.
After more than 15 years working in education, earning my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education, and raising three children of my own, I’ve learned something incredibly important:
Play is powerful!
Children thrive when they feel safe, curious, and free to explore. That’s why I created Mrs. Moss’ Playroom. I felt like Pahrump really needed a welcoming indoor space where children can imagine, create, move, and grow while families slow down, connect, and make memories together.
This isn’t a daycare or an overstimulating play center.
It is a thoughtfully designed play environment where every area has been created with child development in mind. Whether children are building, pretending, creating art, exploring sensory experiences, or making new friends… they are developing confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and meaningful connections through play.
I hope that Mrs. Moss’ Playroom becomes more than a place to play. I want it to be a place where families gather to build community and find support, friendships begin, birthdays are celebrated, and childhood is cherished.
Because childhood moves quickly.
The little shoes get bigger.
The toys eventually get put away.
But the memories made together will last a lifetime.
