Ready to celebrate? The most important step is locking in your date. Our self-service party model gives you total private access to the playroom, allowing you to design, cater, and host your celebration exactly how you want it!

  • How it works: Pay your 50% non-refundable deposit today to instantly secure your preferred date and time. Your deposit applies directly toward your final party balance due on the day of the event.

  • Hosting Large Groups? Our standard booking accommodates up to 30 total guests. If your headcount is larger, simply select our $10 extra seating add-on at checkout to increase your guest limit to 38! ‍

    • Private Venue Access: 2 hours of private playtime, plus 15 minutes of early entry for your personal setup.

    • Full-Service Cleanup: Sit back and enjoy the day—we handle all cleanup before and after your event.

    • Essential Tableware: Random, solid-color paper products (plates, cups, bowls, napkins, and utensils) are provided for your convenience. Feel free to bring your own custom themed tableware if preferred.

    • Food Storage & Prep Counter: Includes a dedicated buffet counter for serving food, alongside a full-size refrigerator and freezer available for your use. (Please note: There is no kitchen facility or heating equipment on site). [1]

    • Layout Freshness: We regularly rotate toys and update the playroom layout to keep things exciting. The physical setup may differ slightly from website photos or past visits.

    • Adult & General Seating: 6 modular cafe tables seating 20 guests total (2 tables seat 2 each; 4 tables seat 4 each). These can be put together and reconfigured in the cafe space.

    • Children's Seating: 2 dedicated kid tables seating 10 children total (1 rectangular table seats 6; 1 circular table seats 4).

    • Infant Seating: 1 restaurant-style high chair (no tray) and 1 IKEA Antilop high chair with tray.

    • Seating Add-on Option: 1 additional 6-foot folding table and chairs can be added to create an extra 8 seats.

    • Food & Drink: Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome! All refreshments must remain strictly within the cafe area.

    • Cake & Candles: Birthday candles are permitted on cakes, but open flames (such as Sternos food warmers) are strictly prohibited.

    • Decorations: Bring your own custom decor to make the space your own! Please no confetti, glitter, tape, or nails on walls or equipment. Latex balloons are welcome in the cafe area but are not allowed on the play floor.

    • Attire: Socks are strictly required for everyone utilizing the play equipment.

    • Supervision: We are a parent-supervised facility, not a drop-off service. A minimum safety ratio of 1 adult per 5 children is required at all times.

    • Do you provide customized decorations?
      No. We provide the clean slate and the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own decorations following our facility rules (no confetti, glitter, strong tape, or nails).

    • Can I choose the specific color of the plates and utensils?
      No. We provide a variety of solid-color paper partyware, but colors are randomly supplied based on availability. If you have a specific color theme, you are welcome to bring your own!

    • Can we heat up food or bring alcohol?
      No. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are highly encouraged, but we do not have an on-site kitchen or heating elements. Alcohol, vaping/smoking, weapons, and open flames (like Sternos fuel cans) are completely prohibited anywhere inside the facility.

    • What is your cancellation policy?
      Your 50% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (other than venue cancellation). For cancellations made 14 days or less before the event, no refunds or credits of any other payments will be issued.

    • What if I need to reschedule the date?
      You may reschedule your party one time for free if you give us at least 30 days' notice. Your non-refundable deposit will transfer completely as a credit to your new date. Requests made with less than 30 days' notice will forfeit the deposit. Any additional reschedules beyond the first free transfer incur a $100 fee.

    • Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
      Yes. Every single guest (or their legal guardian) must sign our liability waiver prior to facility entry. No waiver = no entry.
