Last Updated: July 2026
1. Supervision
Mrs. Moss’ Playroom is not a drop-off facility unless your child is participating in a designated drop-off program such as a club, summer camp, etc.
Parents, guardians, or supervising adults are responsible for actively supervising children in their care at all times.
2. Waiver Requirement
A signed liability waiver is required for every child before participating in any activities.
3. Socks Required
Grip socks are required for both children and adults for admission.
You may bring your own grip socks or purchase a pair at check-in.
4. Health Policy
Please stay home if your child or anyone in your household has had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious illness within the past 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if a guest appears ill.
5. Respectful Play
Be kind to others, respect toys and equipment, and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
6. Food & Drinks
Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas.
Please notify us of any severe allergies.
Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited on the premises.
7. Personal Belongings
Mrs. Moss’ Playroom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
8. Photos & Social Media
We may occasionally photograph the facility for promotional purposes.
9. Admissions & Reservations
Admission is valid only for the scheduled session.
Reservations may be required during busy periods.
Capacity limits are strictly enforced.
10. Memberships & Passes
Memberships, punch cards, gift cards, and admission passes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Admissions, memberships, and retail purchases are generally non-refundable.
If your child becomes ill before a reserved session, we’ll gladly help reschedule when possible. Specific event and party cancellation policies may differ.
12. Community Sponsored Sessions
Sponsored sessions are provided through generous community donations.
Sponsored reservations hold the same value as paid admissions and are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies.
Repeated no-shows without notice may affect eligibility for future sponsored sessions.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve private events.
Guest counts and final balances are due before the event.
Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
14. Right to Refuse Service
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, Mrs. Moss’ Playroom reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave for failure to follow policies, unsafe behavior, or conduct that disrupts the experience for others.
